Mitsubishi UFJ Real Estate Asset Management Co., Ltd. is the asset management company responsible for the real estate asset management business of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group.

On October 1, 2023, the Company changed its trade name from MU Investments Co., Ltd. to Mitsubishi UFJ Real Estate Asset Management Co., Ltd.

MU Investments Co., Ltd. had been engaged in management and operations related to securities investment since its establishment in 1985. These functions have been transferred to Mitsubishi UFJ Kokusai Asset Management Co., Ltd. (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Asset Management Co., Ltd.), and the Company has become the core entity for real estate management of the Group since October 2023.

In addition to the private REIT "MUFG Private REIT, Inc.," which commenced operations in 2019, we aim to promote further expansion of real estate management business by integrating real estate acquisition and management services for the real estate private funds of Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation into the Company in April 2024.
